The existing shelter will be replaced by a new facility four times its size on the tight site.  The new shelter will take advantage of the facility’s visible and accessible site by providing 24/7 viewing from outside the building of the adoptable animals.  Private natural light is provided by the glass-enclosed multi-purpose courtyard that serves as exterior dog get acquainted, dog exercise yard and secure training area.
