Animal Friends of Washington County Village Master Plan, Brenham, Texas

Connolly developed a four-phase master plan for an "animal care village" that includes a spay/neuter clinic, three open air shelters, storage in a restored barn, a covered training center, an education building, an animal shelter and adoption building, a bandstand, a café and other facilities.

This phased development would begin with the roadways, the clinic and the dog parks. The shelter and adoption building will operate under contract with the City of Brenham and Washington County.
